Prepared, for Crunch-time!
“Prepared, for Crunch-time!” is the Hoosier Trails Council’s plan to help your unit to have ONE fundraiser this year. Trained popcorn staff and volunteers will help your unit to plan and execute the best and most efficient fundraiser that your unit has ever had. Popcorn experts are primed to meet with your unit to determine your needs and to get things rolling.
Popcorn Sales Training East – Tuesday, August 8th – 6:30 pm

Popcorn Sales Training West – Thursday, August 10th – 7:00 pm

Council Popcorn Sale Calendar
- August 8th – 6:30 pm – Eastside Popcorn Sale Kickoff
- August 10th – 7:00 pm – Westside Popcorn Sale Kickoff
- August 23rd – Unit Preorders Must be Entered into the Popcorn System
- September 8th – Unit Preorders are Distributed
- September 8th – Popcorn Sale Kicks Off
- October 31st – Final Unit Popcorn Order Must be Entered into the Popcorn System
- October 31st – Final Date to Return Unsold Popcorn to Council (15% of Retail Value can be returned without penalty. A 15% penalty will be charged to units that exceed the returned product allotment.)
- November 17th – Final Popcorn Distribution to Units
- November 30th – Unit Prize Ordering Deadline
